- One-on-one publishing consultations
- Author branding & marketing support

Service packages are tailored to each client. A consultation or intake form may be required before production begins.

Payment & Service Terms

- A 50% deposit is required to begin any service-based project
- The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to the release of final files
- Services are delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on project scope
- Rush services may incur an additional fee

Accepted payments: debit/credit card, PayPal, or secure online invoice

Book Sales & Fulfillment

- All books are printed on demand or fulfilled from stock
- Orders are processed within 5–7 business days
- Shipping times vary by location; tracking is provided where applicable
- No refunds on book purchases unless the item arrives damaged or defective
- For replacements, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Refunds & Revisions (Services)

- Due to the creative and custom nature of our work, all service payments are final
- Projects include up to two minor revisions within 7 days of delivery
- Additional revisions or major changes may incur a separate fee
- Refunds are only considered in special cases and must be requested in writing

Content Ownership

- Clients retain full ownership of their original manuscripts, concepts, and finished books
- Insight Productions retains rights to any tools, templates, or branded designs used unless otherwise agreed
- Use of Insight Productions branding or logo must be approved

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information (name, email, payment details) is used only to fulfill orders or provide services. Your data will never be sold or shared. We may occasionally send updates related to your services or new products. You may opt out at any time.

Fulfillment Time

 

 

All orders are printed and packaged on demand. Please allow 10–20 business days for order processing, printing, and shipping.

 

We source our books directly through Amazon and package them with care, including special inserts like bookmarks and bonus content when available.

 

 

 

 

Shipping Rates

 

 

• Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 for all U.S. orders under $100

• Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping

 

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States via USPS Media Mail, which typically delivers in 3–8 business days after dispatch.

 

 

 

 

Tracking

 

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking to update.
